Long straight Kurtis is an elegance and graceful apparel but it is not for everyone. If you are short, the Kurtis will give you a weird presence. It will suit you best if you are medium statured or tall. This Kurtis is characterized by their length and try to go for the length that goes along well with your own height.

Colours

The Kurti is available in different colours but you should be extremely careful while choosing the right kind of Kurti for yourself. Avoid wearing bright colours if you are dusky while subdued colours will hide your fair complexion. Here are the best colours matching your complexion:

Fair Complexion: Go for bright or natural colours like red, yellow and green. Avoid all other dark colours except Black and Navy Blue. The light colours like off-white, pink and light yellow will look great in daylight parties and functions but are not a good choice for the night functions like marriage receptions or late-night youth parties. You can go for neck embroidery and also, try to wear collared neck if it suits you.
Dusky Complexion: Metal colours would look best on you. Prefer golden hue to the silver one as that will look great on your skin complexion. Do not try to go for too much embroidery or any other feature.

If you are wearing a metal coloured Kurti then you can go for accessories like colourful tops and bright coloured necklaces and footwear. You can also go for the handbags, preferably big ones, of different colours. If visiting a traditional function you can also go for metal bangles.
